Dove Valley Ranch is a popular golf community located in Cave Creek, Arizona. Dove Valley Ranch has a variety of housing options ranging from condos up to single 
family homes. It is located to plenty of shopping, dining and entertainment, yet the natural beauty of the desert still shines through.
The public Dove Valley Ranch Golf Club is located there and features an 18-hole course designed by Robert Trent Jones Junior.
HOMES FOR SALE AND PENDING SALES IN DOVE VALLEY RANCH AS OF 7/28/2014
As of the end of July, there were 21 homes for sale in Dove Valley Ranch. They ranged in asking price from $215,000 for a 1,315 square foot home to $690,000 for a home with 4,028 square feet.
There were six homes under contract. Prices for these sale pending homes ranged from $277,500 to $499,900.
2014 HOME SALES IN DOVE VALLEY RANCH THROUGH THE FIRST HALF
The second quarter of 2014 was a very powerful one for Dove Valley Ranch home sales. Sales were more than double that of the first quarter and show the impact of the high season.
The highest priced sale of 2014 so far was $548,000. This was for a four bedroom, three bathroom, 2,901 square foot home built in 2005. It had been on the market for $565,000.
The lowest priced sale was $234,000 for a three bedroom, two bathroom, 1,225 square foot home built in 2000. It had been listed for $239,900.
Although the pace of sales increased in Q2, the average price per square foot has stayed pretty level.
