How To Make A Predictable Income Selling Real Estate
Selling Real Estate is a commission job. If you have never worked on commission it can be a very scary thing. I want to show you , though, how you can make a predictable income. That is not the same thing as getting paid every Friday but in a reasonably short period of time you can predict your income.
There is the perception that you can get your real estate license, set your own hours, and make tons of money. That isn't really true. You actually have to work. And in order to make a predictable income, you have to work methodically and consistently. The rewards can be amazing!
The most important part of your real estate business is your contact list. The bigger the list, the bigger the business. Working to increase your contacts daily is one of the methodical and consistent things you can do to start creating that predictable income.
When you first start your business, you won't have any "numbers" to work with. That is OK. You don't have to re-invent the wheel. People have gone before you and can help you put together a business plan so that you can know what has to be done to get those paychecks when you need them.
I learned early in my work life that if I wanted to make the kind of money I thought I was worth, I needed to work on commission. And I always have.
