Wow what a great weekend. Both open houses for properties I have listed were extremely well attended. Shows the market is picking up.
At 800 NW 10th Terr, Martin County, I had a dozen potential buyers come through. Though I do believe some were neighbors, some of whom said they would call me when they were ready to sell. Now we have 2 good offers being presented to the seller.
At 2986 SE Dalhart Rd in Port St Lucie one of our new agents sat the home and had at least 6 potential buyers come through. She also had an appointment for a second showing of the home last eveneing. Hoping that an offer will come in today.
