It is important to have the support of the local and regional real estate community. We offer a sales commission on the net sale price to co-operating brokers. We require that prospects and brokers be registered in writing with us prior to the Auction and attend a showing of the property and participate in the Auction with his or her client(s).
We work closely with the real estate community who list and sell, as we focus on both traditional and auction sales alike. We are constantly looking for real estate professionals to form alliances with.
