There is nothing like a nice summer rain shower to cool things down. While visiting some friends in Sneads, FL a nice rain shower fell. I looked outside and caught my friends two oldest grandaughters, Haley and Lauren enjoying the cool summer rain on their Granny's Bike.
We've had some unbearable hot days this summer. The evening rain showers are welcome. Thanks goodness fall is just around the corner. I love the fall. Early mornings are my favorite time of day. There is something about the brisk air that makes me feel alive. Maybe it is because it reminds me of the holidays that are soon to follow.
My wife loves to bake and the fall weather puts her in the mood. We actually do more grilling out in the fall too.
Now that the kids are back in school, things are a little quieter around here during the day. I think they were all eager for school to start this year.
