Do you like this real estate video idea?
Video seems to be the buzz word in real estate. And as you may have gathered by now, I like producing videos for each of my listings. It's a great way to market real estate. What I don't like is shooting the same video for every listing. I like to approach them from different angles, tell the story of that particular home, try new equipment and editing ideas and so on.
Here is something new I did for a beautiful home for sale here in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. It's my Top 10 Reasons to Buy 870 Mauna Kea. This idea came to me while eating raspberries while walking around this home. I'm thinking of doing this for most of my listings, especially those that are really special but that traditional home showcase videos may not capture.

Here is the previous and more standard video I shot of the home a couple months ago. Which do you, or better yet, which do you think a home buyer would prefer or are both needed?
