Should you buy now or wait is kind of a silly question, if you ask me. Every day I have clients ask me this question. I also have people ask me if we have hit bottom. If I knew the answer I would be extrememly wealthy. No one knows when the bottom will hit, until prices go up. Usually we know that when we look back. My advise is if you have the funds to buy now, you should. There are some great buys out there, although not everyone has to sell. If you are testing the market, please dont. Not now. You will be very upset with the offers you will receive. Unfortunately there are the situations where people have bad loans and they do have to sell, relocation is another reason to sell, divorce,death, sizing down, moving up. But once again if you dont absolutely need to, dont! I will on the other hand suggest, if you can buy do so!!!!!!!!!!! You will be so glad you did.
