Zinburger in Downtown Gilbert

One of my favorite parts about the town of Gilbert is the Downtown Gilbert area. Over the past 5 or 6 years I have watched Gilbert turn into a great area to frequent! Its historic presence is enough in itself! There are antique shops to visit, boutiques to get new wardrobes, a wine bar to hang out, or eat at a variety of restaurants! Over the past 5 years or so they've developed it into quite the eclectic area. The other day the Zinburger opened, which I m pretty darn excited to visit! I've heard nothing but high praises of this joint and look forward to paying it a visit! I eat very healthy during the week but allow myself a cheat meal on the weekends and having a yummy cheeseburger is a common splurge and Zinburger looks to have amazing burgers! In fact writing this blog is making my mouth salivate at the thoughts of delicious burgers and fries this place has to offer! It's adding restaurants like this to Downtown Gilbert make proud to live here!

Mark Wagner Jr. , I will need to check Zinburger out for sure! I have noticed a lot of new development going on in Dowtown Gilbert over the last several months. Is that new multi-story building going to be a shopping center or something else? I was last over there about a month or so ago and it looked like they were getting closer to completing construction on that. I enjoy going to Postino's Wine Bar and Liberty Market as well.

Cheryl! Tisland The new Heritage District building will definitely have resteraunts and i think they will be adding shopping. They re adding Zinburger, Lolo's chicken n waffles, Barrio queen, a pizzeria, an ice cream place and a bar and grill place. Lots of different kinds of places. when i first moved to AZ i always disliked that the majority of resteraunts in our area are chain places so i m very pleased to see the variety coming to Gilbert!

Mark Wagner Jr. , those will all be a great addition to Downtown Gilbert! Lolo's Chicken N Waffle's will likely be a huge draw. I agree with you completely on the importance of non-chain restaurants, especially in the historic downtown areas. Downtown Chandler is the same way with a lot of pride in the mom and pop type shops and restaurants. Great stuff!
