The swing bridge at the north end of Irondequoit Bay will be open mid morning November 3, 2014 to allow traffic to cross until April 1,2015 when it will close for the boating season again.
This will make it convenient for the people on the east side to head west without detouring over the Bay bridge on the expressway.
