Another Day

By
Real Estate Agent with Pete Anderson Realty

Well, Here I an again. Day 2!!

Went for a ride last night, I really needed that! There is nothing better than a sunny evening and a motorcycle. Gives your head a chance to take a break!

I've been working hard to rebuild my listing base this week. I changed real estate companies recently and so its like starting from scratch! Thats OK, though. I needed the change and I am so much more relaxed in the new company. Stress hurts! I really love my job!

We are leaving tomorrow afernoon to go see the youngest son and his wife. I am really excietd. They have a  new place and I am looking forward to seeing it. I am really close with my kids and its hard to be so far away!! Its nice my oldest son and his wife only live a few miles away, so they can come for dinner whenever they choose. (Plus that makes my husband happy, because its the only time I really cook:)

Well, back to work! Hope all of you have a great day and thanks for reading!!!

Build it and they will come.  Touch base with all your old clients to be sure they know you are still in the business just somewhere else.  Referrals are the life blood of our business and keeping in touch with old clients and people who just weren't ready to do business then may be now.  Good luck with your new digs!!

I haven't been the best at it myself, but what June said above about keeping in touch with old clients is good advice!  Good luck with the new company!

Oh my gosh!  Cody is married with one on the way!  How cool!  Bet you didn't think it would be Cody before Heidi and Stefan!
