Dutchess County attached home sales November 2014
The Dutchess County attached home sales for condos, coops and townhouses was 3 less than last year or a 9.1 percent drop. Both median and averages prices fell; the median by 23.8 percent or $54,500.
The dollar volume was 9.8 percent ahead of last year or $6,908,572.
It was also noted that homes were on the market 24 fewer days, this was a 16.6 percent drop.
There were 12 less units with offers at the beginning of the month. When compared to last year there was a drop of $27.9 percent.
