The video is part of a single property Website created by the company (www.15queenannecourt.com.au) and it, in part, invites you to an open house for one of their listings. Note: while the video doesn't contain nudity we don't know that it can be called 'safe for work.'
Neo Property describes itself as “incorporating the very best and most scientific, accountable approach to sales and marketing” and they take that to the max with this listing video; it not only uses sex but also includes an amazing amount of action. It obviously takes real estate marketing to a whole new level but I'm not sure if it is a higher or lower level.
The real question remains; is it good or bad marketing?
