*Some have asked the reason for stating how many vacant homes there are; I find it is a lot easier and faster to move into a vacant property than a occupied property. I also find the Seller becomes more motivated, when their house is empty and they have moved on, to negotiate and may even allow early occupancy. (Of course this is not always the case however I work every angle for my clients!)
