This Annual Event Gets More Popular Every Year!

Siesta Key Beach was selected as America's #1 beach a couple years ago, and it's popularity just increases each year.  A favorite  of beach  goers around the world, Siesta Key beach is also a favorite of master sand sculptors.  The sugary, fine crystalline sand is wonderfully suited to their passion.  This five day event draws aficionados from every where, and the crowds can get pretty thick at times.   Award winners are chosen on Sunday.  The best times to see the completed sculptures is the day after the awards.  The entire display is bulldozed soon after. This year's Siesta Key Crystal Classic will be held from Wednesday, November 11, 2015 through Sunday, November 15, 2015.  Don't miss it!
