Sugar Grove home sales for the month of February stayed the same in volume when compared to last year, while the median sale price decreased by 0.1% from $205,750 to $205,500. The number of Single Family homes sales stayed the same, while the median sale price decreased by 4.8% from $260,400 to $248,000. Condo/townhome sales stayed the same, while the median sale price rose by 12% from $129,500 to $145,000.
