Carpentersville home sales for the month of February decreased in volume by 57.1% when compared to last year, while the median sale price rose by 4.3% from $115,100 to $120,000. The number of Single Family homes sales decreased by 50%, while the median sale price decreased by 7% from $129,000 to $120,000. Condo/townhome sales decreased by 77.8%, while the median sale price decreased by 9.6% from $96,500 to $87,250.
