Well, Work is going soooooo well! I am finally feeling like my old self, and been busy writing offers! It is so much fun to work with first time home buyers. They are always so excited and wanting to learn. I really love them!!

We didn't get to go to Redmond last weekend, but thats OK. The weather is suppose to be fantastic so we are heading out on the MC to see our kids this weekend instead. I am sooooo excited! Sounds like we will work on their garden and have a BBQ. FUN!

I attended a low - moderate income/housing seminar today. Boy did I pick up some great ideas! I never knew most of these resources were available, so it was a great learning experience. I cant wait to share them with my clients. Some programs were even for people in the $70-90k range!

Wrote an offer last night and am hoping to hear soon if we are accepted. Was a good offer and clients are qualified, so hope it goes well. They are first time home buyers building a new construction. Funny, it easily pencils to build a new home, but not an existing new construction! Go figure!!!

You and I have an opportunity to do each other a favor; we are both in the same business with the same interest and have clients who come and go--possibly from central Illinois to your area and vice-versa.
