Most Searched and Purchased Home Areas Clark County WA Feb 2015
As I've said before, Clark County, WA has a hot market right now. Homes are flying off the shelves. It's almost unbelieveable but average home "days on market" is only 51 days. Granted....Clark County data states that we are in a HUGE county with about 451,008 residents.
We can barely get the post and For Sale sign up sometimes. If the home is priced correctly and under approximately $450,000....with good marketing...it will get tons of traffic. If it doesn't get an offer within the first few weeks, something is scaring the buyers away. (Condition, Location, Price) Buyers state their feelings with their "feet" by walking and offering on a different/similiar home that is probably less money or more value.
