I used to work for the Patrick Lilly Team as their social media manager. This is a real estate team in New York City led by none other than Patrick Lilly. Patrick is one of the kindest, most giving people I've ever met.
A couple of years ago he created a group called REV (Real Estate.Vision). This group has members who are the top producing agents in North America. The purpose of the group is to share what is working for them in business and to grow personally and professionally through this community of sharing.
A spin-off of REV is an annual conference held open to ALL Real Estate Professionals and this is called Real Estate Success Rocks. This group will be sharing and defining what success means to them and then sharing how they have managed to attain their definition of success.
There are also podcasts now introducing individuals who share business and life strategies. I've listened and enjoyed all of them thus far, BUT the one which has changed my life is the podcast of Art & Anna Kleimer. I don't want to give away too much, but these 2 individuals have been through a lot and have a surprising outlook on life that they were able to share with the audience.
