Arlington Heights home sales for the month of March rose in volume by 73.7% when compared to last year, while the median sale price rose by 24% from $224,250 to $278,000. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 125.9%, while the median sale price rose by 8.9% from $321,500 to $350,000. Condo/townhome sales rose by 26.7%, while the median sale price rose by 34.8% from $105,000 to $141,500.
