Yorkville home sales for the month of March rose in volume by 6.3% when compared to last year, while the median sale price rose by 3.9% from $169,900 to $176,500. The number of Single Family homes sales decreased by 13%, while the median sale price rose by 11.7% from $192,000 to $214,550. Condo/townhome sales rose by 55.6%, while the median sale price rose by 16.2% from $95,500 to $110,950.
