Special offer

Another day

I must learn not to talk to banks within 1/2 hour of giving speeches.  Talking to banks tires me out.  Especially when they are uncooperative.   Today the Bottle Brush home in question is going to be shown for a second time twice.  Maybe we will get an offer.  If the banks were not so annoying I might even feel sorry for them.  Maybe an offer would get them to move.  Maybe not.  Today the paper reported a 37% decline in sales from the first quarter last year with a 7% drop in prices in both Ada and Canyon county.  I sort of knew it already.  I can see what I need to do to get my listings to sell.  Someday the credit crunch will go away. So the plan of the day is to show the house and then help clean up a house of a friend who died in Iraq last week.  Maybe I will do a little politicking too.

Sorry, to hear about your friend. A offer will always gets some kind of reaction! Good luck with that today.

The banks really won't move until you have an offer, or else you will be spinning you wheels.
