Oh my goodness folks. It's time to post a silly blog about EMERALD BAY GUARD GATED HOMES IN LAGUNA BEACH. DISCLAIMER..... Living in Emerald Bay, incuding both buying and selling real estate in Emerald Bay is no joke, whatsoever... OR IS IT?
Folks who want to buy or sell a luxury property for millions.. and MILLIONS of dollars don't want to read a dumb blog about Emerald Bay.... by some non- Emearld Bay Real Estate Agent who doesn't even bother to spell check......OR DO THEY?????.........I have a funny confession to make/ story to tell about Emerald Bay Homes For Sale and All Emerald Bay Real Estate Agents. Here goes:
I just bought www.EmeraldBayHomesForSale.com ! I think it's actually hilarious that I bought this one (because I'm based in SD!) In 2013 I bought a bunch of good domains for several communities in and around Laguna Beach, very close to Emerald Bay, and surrouding areas. I held off on buying this domain for the Emerald Bay guard gated community.. WHY YOU ASK? Well, I knew I would have my work cutt out for a while, and I knew that EMERALD BAY is LE CREME DE LA CROP ( that's probably spelled phonetically);, so I figured that I would give an actual Realtor in Emerald Bay a while to snag it ( it's not like it hasn't been for sale forever anyhow).. I was ACTUALLY trying to be a nice guy.... BUT as of today enough was enough. Time to get off my blog...Click here to search EMERALD BAY LUXURY HOMES FOR SALE.
Here is a screenshot of what my website looks like if you click the link to start searching Emerald Bay Homes in Laguna Beach. Notice that oceanfront home for sale is approx 20 million bucks. So, obviously you'd think something like EMERALDBAYHOMESFORSALE.com would not be avail... and if it was.. it would be on Auction for like 10-25K.......Now I've got it, and noq I can be one step closer to being a Reltor in Emerald Bay, and get more in tune with Emerald Bay to show you ANY AND EVERY HOME FOR SALE curretnly listed for sale (You'd just have give me a chance to be your Realtor in Emerald Bay, that's the catch!)
The fact that this domain was even available ( like the many others I have purchased) tells me that realtors in Laguna Beach do not have their brains (or hearts) wrapped around how CONSUMERS actaully think and how they ACT ( YES THAT'S YOU SILLY) . Anyhow, I thought I would just point out the obvious that most realtors in Emerald Bay ( no, in fact every single one of them) don't even care about EMERALD BAY HOMES FOR SALE (THAT'S SOUNDS CRAZY DOESN'T IT!!!.) .. and how to attract buyers to their listings or themselves, or ??? Maybe they are all too busy busy busy.... not hustlig.. OUCH! Now, if you are an agent in the area, please don't go start hating me, I'm just sayin'.. I'm kind or right, yeah?
