All except one have two-car garages, and one has a swimming pool...viewed with mixed feelings in New England.

Thank you Michael Mahoney ! As a follow up, Ashcroft and Ames Court are Under Agreement; Wilshire is Contingent; the other 3 are still Active (2 Pleasant Street just had a price reduction to $629,000).
