Here in Ventura County (California), we've got some wonderful avocado ranches on the market.
Some are in Camarillo, Somis, Moorpark, Newbury Park, Oxnard and Ventura.. Many folks think that not only does avocado ranch ownership have tax and income benefits, it's just an outstanding fruit to grow for health reasons!
