Calgary Luxury Community: Discovery Ridge
Discovery Ridge is a luxury community located in Calgary's southwest quadrant. Discovery Ridge real estate is bordered to the north by Glenmore Trail, to the east by 69th Street, and to the south and west by the city limits. When first developed by developer Mac Radford in the late 1990s, it was previously known as New Discovery. The original plan was a gated community, but the plan later changed.
Today, the affluent neighborhood of Discovery Ridge can be accessed by the public, with a great selection of spacious and beautiful single family homes and newer condominium properties. This luxury community has magnificent views of the Rocky Mountains.
