Calvert County Year to Date Median Sales Prices Improve. The 2015 Calvert County April year to date median sales price has moved into positive territory at $270,000 vs. $266,250, up 1.4% from April of last year. Calvert County had a slow start in the first quarter of 2015, but it is hoped that this latest trending continues pushing Calvert median sales prices beyond their cumulative 2014 level at $296,545.
