I am SO stinkin' excited to tell you that I have ANOTHER pending sale on ANOTHER Lake Livingston Lot! I recently told you about closing on two lots on Elm Trail. Well.... this lot is just down the road from those same lots.
Many agents do not want to list lots. They think they are too much trouble for such a small commission. Not me....
