It's Almost Time For The West Virginia State Fair, August 14-23, 2015
The 2015 West Virginia State Fair themed “It Feels Like Fun. It Feels Like Fair”, is a 10-day Fair scheduled for August 14-23, 2015.
When you visit the State Fair of West Virginia you can expect to find a whole world of livestock animals, horse shows, competitive exhibits, entertainment, ag education, concerts and carnival rides galore!! The 91st State Fair offers a wide variety of attractions and there is something for everyone in your family to enjoy. Check out all the attractions and make sure you don’t miss them. Competitions include livestock, equine, home, arts and garden, pie bake off, and so much more. Concessions oh my you will find some of the best food at the state fair.

Don’t miss your opportunity to purchase discounted tickets for the 2015 State Fair of West Virginia! Discount tickets are on sale through the Fair website, by calling ETIX at 1-800-514-3849 or through the State Fair box office from June 1 through August 7. Box office hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Tickets are also available through participating Walgreens Pharmacy locations starting July 1 and ending August 13, and Greenbrier Medical Arts Pharmacy locations, Union Pharmacy and Western Greenbrier Pharmacy starting June 29 and ending July 31.
Gate admission discounts include an $8.25 adult ticket (13 and older) and a $7.25 youth ticket (ages 6 to 12). Gate admission for children five years old and under is free.
Gate specials planned for this upcoming fair:
Afternoon Special on Tuesday, August 18
Wed., August 19 & Thursday, August 20, gate admission $5 after 4pm
Sunday, August 23, gate admission will be $5 all day!!
Carnival discounts include a $25 Mega Pass, which is valid for one day and includes 12 hours of unlimited rides (11 a.m. to 11 p.m.)! The $20 Big Pass includes six hours of unlimited rides (11 a.m. to 5 p.m.) and is valid for one day. Individual sheets of carnival tickets are available at $10 for 15 tickets.
Concert tickets are available for all shows and may be purchased via the website or the State Fair Box Office. Concert tickets are not offered at a discounted rate, but gate admission is included. Tickets purchased online and through ETIX are subject to a convenience fee. All tickets are subject to a 6% WV sales tax.
