Woo Hoo! I am excited to announce that I have earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representation (ABR) designation from the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS.

 

I have noticed that many agents in our area do not earn designations. My guess is that they do not want to pay the fees associated with keeping the designation. AND --> the public could care less if we have a bunch of letters after our name.  I totally understand.

My reason for doing it is not for the public. It is for Joni. I want to be the best that I can be. I want to stay up with the constant changes in real estate. I want to know about the latest and greatest technology to help me do a better job for my clients. I want to sleep well at night. :)

 

The way I accomplish these things is by constantly taking classes, and BLOGGING. When I blog, not only do I write posts, but I read other agent's posts. I have found this to be one of the best ways I can improve myself and learn about new (and sometimes old) things that will help me.

 

So today I am doing the DANCE OF JOY! I am celebrating earning my ABR designation! Come and dance with me! :)

Good for you Joni! Staying on top of your credentials might make a difference for a buyer or seller you never know... even not, for yourself is an excellent reason.
