Noah Seidenberg --I'm hopeful that will be the case. If there is a time of year when buyers tend to go into slow motion, it's July and August with vacation season upon us. But it only takes one who is more interested in house hunting than beaches.
This one is worth the wait! I know it's the slower time of the selling season, but this won't last at this price.
