CURB APPEAL..... .PART TWO

I recently had a post about Curb Appeal.   I asked my sellers to paint the front door and hang a wreath -- and put a potted plant out.   Here is the before picture:

 And the After (of course, it is spring!)  One day later -- I had two showings from drivebys,  one is coming back with Hubby...

It looks better, of course the Spring helps a bunch! Now maybe they need a couple of pots of bright colored flowers.

Big difference - trees are a wonderful thing as well as wreaths, flowers, door colors.  good job!

Retha, good suggestion on painting the door, it provides a good focal point. Color makes a difference.
