Today I received another request on the status of a listed home through Active Rain. I had listed this home years ago and it had sold shortly after posting on AR.
This just goes to show us that people are reading what we post here on Active Rain. The reader may have not paid attention to the posting date but it did result in them contacting me and thus a lead for me. So newbies, do post your listings on Active Rain and it will serve you for years to come.
