3 Things I Plan To Implement In My Business
Trimming the Fat and Getting Rid of Dead Weight
1) Getting Healthier - My health is the number one resource that needs to be taken care of when it comes to my business.
· I plan on going to the gym 4 days a week.
· Stop eating so much processed foods, sugar and salt.
· Get more sleep.
· Take my vitamins/supplements everyday.
You are your biggest resource. If your healthy you can make more money. Take care of yourself and you young realtors out there, you need to take it easy as well, the human body can only take so much if you know what I mean.
2) Buy a new updated Canon/Nikon camera and stop calling that pricey photographer for every listing. I spent over $3,000 in video and with pictures with my listings this year. Well this month I'm buying one of the best cameras on the market by Canon or Nikon. If I told you which one then I would be shooting myself in the foot as far as my locale competition. You don’t need professional pictures for every listing. With the money I save I can put that towards more internet and farming advertising.
3) Fire friends and family and then hire someone who is hungry for the business. It seems that I’m doing most of the work and have most of the passion when it comes to my business. What if I could find someone that could match my passion and help me take my business to the next level. Family and friends a lot of times don’t perceive or respect you at the level you deserve. Your business needs more passion driven, respectful, disciplined employees in order for you to make it to the next level. Maybe your goal is $1,000 a day or $10,000 a week or $100,000 a month in commissions. Does your team see your vision or share your passion? Are you the first one to get to the office and the last one to leave the office? If any of your 
team members are dead, tired and not interested then fire there @#$%!’s . There are so people that are hungry for an opportunity and want to be in the real estate industry. Protect your dream, make more money and stop being a walking ATM/Charity to friends and family. I watch this video once a week, but after writing this blog I will be watching every day. I’m on my way to Officemax to buy some pink slips.
