Colorado Springs' downtown may be considered small compared to other cities but it is rich with a variety of local shops, restaurants, parks and culture. Phantom Canyon Brewing Company: Another downtown Colorado Springs staple as it's the oldest brewery in town, Phantom Canyon is a multistory full service restaurant and brewery featuring billiards and several banquet halls. Happy hour is 3-6 daily and 10-close Sunday through Thursday and entails $2.75 pints of house brews, $3 house wines, and $10 pitchers.
