The Extent of Your Efforts is a Choice
Your success journey will greatly resemble your choices.
The Extent of Your Efforts is a Choice
“It’s not necessarily the amount of time you spend at practice
that counts; it’s what you put into the practice.”
Eric Lindros, Professional Hockey Player
As I see it . . . . . . .
The extent of your efforts is a choice
There is always a choice . . . . And in your choices . . . . it will make all the difference in the direction that your career takes.
You can look at your day as springboard into the future . . . . and a day that will contribute to your future success. You can grasp your day . . . . with an attitude of possibility. You can make a commitment to yourself to make you’re day . . . . a day that will move your closer to achieving your goals.
When you treat your day as a precious resource . . . . You will focus your time . . . . on the high value activities of doing what’s most important to reach your objectives.
Or you can show up every day . . . . and skate through your day with very little effort. Under those circumstances the very best you can hope for . . . . will be to live your life in your comfort zone. But more than likely you will fall off the pace . . . . and fall behind the curve.
The effort that you put into your career is a choice . . . . and will return to you in like form. It’s what you put into your day . . . . and efforts that will make all the difference. Whatever you do is a choice . . . .
Your success journey will greatly resemble your choices . . . . The extent of your efforts is a choice . . . . the result of your choices will be the way you live your life in the future.
