Skokie Market Trends for August 2015
Skokie home sales for the month of August rose in volume by 26.6% when compared to last year, while the median sale price decreased by 4% from $281,250 to $270,000. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 2%, while the median sale price decreased by 1.4% from $300,231 to $296,000. Condo/townhome sales rose by 114.3%, while the median sale price stayed the same.
