Something GREAT To Do With Your Zucchini!

You have more zucchini than you know what to do with ... you've given some to all of the neighbors, friends, co-workers, church friends ... now what???  

Here's a GREAT recipe that most everyone will love!

 

Zucchini Bread

 

2 Cups Sugar

1 Cup Oil

3 Eggs

2 Cups Peeled & Grated Zucchini

3 1/2 Cups Flour

1/2 Tsp. Salt

2 Tsp. Baking Soda

1/2 Tsp. Cinnamon

1/2 Tsp. Nutmeg

1/2 Tsp. Vanilla

1 Cup Chopped Walnuts

 

Mix above ingredients together and pour into (2) 9x5x3 loaf pans. 

Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes (until inserted toothpick comes out clean)

 

It's a GREAT treat most everyone will ENJOY!

Zucchini is quite versatile. I love zucchini bread or muffins. It's great cooked for dinner, and also sweetens anything in the juicer. Yum.
