AZ Division I - II Friday Night High School Football 10/2/15

Friday night is almost here. During this time of year that can only mean one thing to Arizona residents: High School Football! There are some great local Gilbert school matchups this week as well as other tough Division I and Division II games on the schedule. Get out there and support your local high school teams this weekend! Here are this week's games:

Nicole that is an extensive schedule for Division II.  Around here the High School football season is 10 games per High School plus playoff games.

Nicole - The big game of the week was Thursday when Desert Vista took on Mountain Pointe in the Tukee Bowl. Unfortunately the Mountain Pointe Pride ended up with the win 28-14, as our Desert Vista Thunder didn't quite play up to their potential (3 turnovers to 0 for Mtn. Pointe), and faded in the end.

When I was in High School, I got to see Willie McGinest play High School FB. It was like watching a man play against kids...
