What makes one neighborhood livable for one person may not exactly match what another is looking for; however, there are some basics must haves for a neighborhood to even be considered one where people would enjoy living.
For example, safety. If you can’t feel safe in your own home because of the area than that neighborhood is not one you would probably choose to make your home. Of course, living in a place like Palm Beach Gardens luxury homes, probably would meet most people’s criteria for livable.
There are other factors such as transportation, health conditions, community activities, and other factors. According to a report from the Economist, the top 2 cities in the world identified as the most livable are Melbourne Australia and Vienna Austria.
No city in the U.S. made the top 10, but there are a couple that might be just might fit your preferences.
