- Why did you buy your house? Create a list of things that were selling points for you.
- Is my house the best house on the block or the worst house? Does your house need anything repaired? Or does it have bright pink and dark blue walls? What about curb appeal? When a buyer drives up to the house what will they see?

- What type of buyer would buy my house? Small family? Big family? Someone who wants an open floor plan? Someone who wants a large back yard? I can help you pinpoint that and market directly to them.
- Do you have something special or outstanding that could make the sale? Leaving your '65 Corvette in the garage? (just kidding). Do you have something that is wow!
- Will buyers see the value in your house? The buyers will be looking at more than one house. Will they find the best value in your house?
- Last question. Ask yourself this. If you had to buy your house, how much would you pay? Your answer might answer a few questions.
