El Dorado County home prices have dropped by 1.2% in October. The number of homes sold also decreased by 13.8% from our previous report. Average days went down by 3 days, from 65 to 62, whlie months of inventory continued to rise to 4.1. El Dorado County homes remain in a neutral market for October.
