Mt. Baker camping?

Here is a few Pictures of mt. Baker and twin Lakes from a camping trip last year in late August. As you can see, their is still alot of snow and the river is running very fast. It was a beautiful day. The picture of the mountain was taken from the drivers seat while driving up to our camping spot.

This is the lower of Twin Lakes. The water is so clear you can see the logs at the bottom that are down about 10 feet deep.

These are the Fall colors at about 7000 feet or so

My wife is looking over my shoulder and poking me, reminding me that I promised to take her camping.  She's from Seattle, so looking at your photos made her complain (even louder) that we need to take a trip back soon.  Thanks for sharing.

Christopher  next time I will post some pictures of Mt. Rainier, Crystal mountain and coming into Seattle from the ferry after visiting Tillicum Village....now your really going to get hit...hehehe...just a few more of our favorite camping places.

Steve Thanks for the correction...it is the Nooksack...I just had nisqually in the head...and that is what came out.
