That's right! The feng shui tip of the day is to have FUN! The world is full of so many stressful situations and at times, many of these stresses could be avoided and have no impact on our life unless we choose to give attention to them. A great way to reduce stress is by having fun.

 

In other words, you are tapping back into your inner child which is essentially another term for taking care of yourself. Doing activities that make you happy and surrounding yourself with people who help lift you up vs pull you down are all forms of taking care of yourself. 

Whether it be the Holiday season or any other day, practicing the art of being joyful, happy and having fun is essential to living a well-balanced lifestyle. 

What brings Ms. Feng Shui Fun? Being spontaneous and curious! Doing new things such as "trance dance" classes, or movement and tapping yoga meditation practices, going to jazz concerts in NYC , watching movies at home with my fiancee, cooking a tasty and healthy meal, catching up with friends, sharing a meal with family, working out at the gym, painting and drawing, world travel to to kick off the new year of 2016,.... snowboarding down Bromountain in Montreal, Canada.
