Ilikai Marina is a Fee Simple condotel complex completed in 1968, offering 256 condotel units with Studio and 1 Bedroom Condos. The building has several restaurants on the street level and overlooks Hawaii Yacht Club and Ala Wai Boat Harbor. Ilikai Marina has few amenities, however, nearby are a number of hotels, restaurants, shopping and beaches, and it's location is in high demand with tourists.
The Ilikai Marina has central AC and 24 hour security. Across the street from the complex is the Modern Hotel, the Ilikai Hotel, and the Hilton Hawaiian Village. Nearby, the Ala Moana Shopping Center and Beach Park. The complex does not have a pool.
