To start, what is Weltanschauung?

In short, it is "

Weltanschauung: the guiding principles and philosophy of an organization; a world view"

These are the principles by which we here at the active rain community live by.  There are 10 simple rules or guiding principles that are followed.  In this Jump start challenge, our task is to speak a little on which concept speaks to our enjoyment, to me it is simple:

Anyway, why is the first principle the one that gives me the most joy?  Really when it comes down to it, the active rain community gives sooo much.  Where can you go a literally get thousands of years worth of experience at your finger tips?  Sure, you could go to your broker, and maybe they have been in the business for 40 years.  Yet here at the active rain community we have thousands of agents and brokers with what I'm sure it THOUSANDS of years of experience.

What is the best part of that much experience?  Well, it gets shared with no limitations!!  I have read fellow rainers blog posts that have helped me improve or grow my business.  I've meet online people who have made ME a better realtor.
