Realtors know more about and area than just homes.

As Realtors, we know many intamate issues of an area that are not readily seen at first glance.
So you are looking for a home. But, you know nothing about the area. Ask a local Realtor and you may be surprised.
For example...Let's say you are looking in my hometown, North Branch, Minnesota.
I know where...
All the denominations of churches.
Police and fire locations.
All the local barber and beauty shops.
Specialized stores.
Great places to eat and where to find their specials.
I also know...
Where the good fishing lakes are.
Areas that are great for bird watching.
Where the parks are and what is allowed. North Branch, Mn has 5 parks.
Where the state parks are for all day fun.
Where you can catch a bike trail or snowmobile trail.
I know the ski hills.
Into sports, we have great sports bars and local organized games.
I also know...
Of local organizations...American Legion, Rotary, Toastmasters, Lions and more.
I know what is available in neighboring towns for fun.
I know the show houses, ice rinks and free concert nights.
Have or want a horse, I know of boarding facilities that will treat your Horse as if it were their own.
So, you see, Realtors are more than just home finders. Much of the above information are things you will want to know about an area that will make your decision easier when deciding to move here or not.
