Where do you want the sun on your lake home?

This is a very important question.

For many people they have a certain thought in mind.

For some who are later night people, they want the setting sun.

For the early risers the morning sunrise is best.

There is also the heat factor.  Morning sunrises warm the body and soul.

Sunsets or late afternoon sun can also make for a very warm abode.

You may want to take into consideration the dominate wind direction also for several reasons.

When talking to your agent about your lake home dreams do not for get the sun.

The morning sun with the fog on the water gives a sense of mystery also

Good afternoon William,

Being an early riser it would be the rising sun for me but the old saying "beggars can't be chooser's" would work as long as the boat is at the dock.

Make yourself an astonishing day.

William- this is one of the first things we learned when we moved to South Florida.  We wanted to make sure the back of the house did not face west.

Good morning William.  If I had a home near the waterfront I would prefer to have the sun in the morning.

Which way the home faces is a major attribute for many buyers in Arizona, especially since the summers are so hot and where the sun is at during certain parts of the day plays a big part in comfort level for a home.
