Spring is a time of renewal and changes and new beginnings. Usually at this 
time of year we see the Lane County listings jump ahead, but it has been the slowest Spring market in over 20 years.
Many people think Spring is a great time to list their home as the trees start blooming and the grass is coming back in from our harsh winter. Many buyers and sellers do business all year long, but Spring is the time is when they start thinking about getting their home ready to sell.
