Nice People Do Nice Things

By
Real Estate Agent with The Platinum Group Realtors

I happened to see a tender photo on Facebook earlier this week that said, "In a world where you can be anything, be kind".  It was the perfect statement to start the day but that isn't the end of the story.

Working on a new listing I ran out to meet the photographer and in route stopped to get new flowers for the front porch flower pot.  At the grocery store two gentleman behind me were buying donuts.  They told me one of them was 91 years old but did not drive anymore so his friend takes him when he wants or needs to go somewhere.  Today they were off to the Air Force Academy Pharmacy to get prescriptions refilled and they wanted to bring something for the pharmacy staff.  That something was two boxes of donuts.

Nice Colorado People Do Nice Things

Nice people still do nice things. I am glad that I was open minded to noticing that this still happens in our great big beautiful world.  I love these two for sharing themselves with me and being so kind to each other and the pharmacy staff at the Air Force Academy.  I asked if they could take their photo and one said, "You aren't going to put it up on the wall at the post office are you?"   Quite the opposite I think....

I would love to hear stories about you doing nice things or noticing nice things.  We have plenty of media coverage for eveything else.

I love stories of Random Acts of Kindness and try to be part of them when possible... even in small ways.  Thanks for the post, Kelly.
